BACKGROUND FROM ABRAHAM, The Bible told us God called Abraham. He didn't qualify for it, God just called him. I want to make something significant with your life he said, I will bless you and through your seed all the nations of the Earth shall be blessed, (Gen 12:1-3).
Abraham was the name of God's promise. He gave him Isaac and Jacob men of faith, and from Jacob the 12 Patriarch. During the time of Moses, he delivered them from the bondage of Egypt and took them through the wilderness to the promise land and in the wilderness God called them the church. The church is “Ecclesia” the called out ones and that started with Abraham. God at the wilderness started speaking to them in a special way and his promise was to make them a kingdom of priest. He was talking about Royal priest, a society of king priest. Rev 1:4; John to the seven churches which are in Asia: Grace be unto you, and peace, from him which is, and which was, and which is to come; and from the seven Spirits which are before his throne; Rev 1:5; And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood, Rev 1:6; And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.
If you build the people they will build the building. The church went on as one till they were scattered to different nations and in those nations Levites gathered them and taught them till they started having proselytes. And Jesus came and said, I will build my church, what happened to the first church, it died and was buried in the Jordan and new stones came out of Jordan and John the Baptist said out of that stones God can raise up children and Peter said in the Epistles we are living Stones. The Bible is a revelation not history or stories, how come it contained unspoken thoughts of men and contents no one witnessed except God. The church went from there into family churches where the Pastor knew everyone and from there to the bigger churches with more young people. God likes us to see the future of our adversity and adversary and the future of our glory, he said to Moses, “the Egyptians you see today you shall see them no more again forever, they are not a part of your future.” So I look at my adversity and say you are not in my future. They may be in your present but they are not in the future God has for you. He said “gross darkness shall be upon the earth but my glory shall be seen in you.” You've got a future of influence. You are influencing people for Jesus. When the Holy Ghost comes he will put you in the right direction.
