Apostle Paul said in 1 Corinthians 16:9, "But I will stay on at Ephesus until Pentecost, because a great door for effective work has opened to me, and there are many who oppose me".
"Oppose" here means the act of criticizing, hostility, resisting, disapproving, obstructing, unfriendliness to Paul's mission to the Ephesians.
Because a group of persons are opposing you, does not mean that you are doing the wrong thing, let all your actions be based on the word of God and see the glory of the Lord shine down on you.
In your walk with God, be focused on the calling and assignment he has given to you, never expect rewards from human beings but only from the most high God. Act 5:29 says; Peter and the other apostles replied: "We must obey God rather than human beings"! Human beings are not a factor when moving with God!
Dear Lord, I thank you for your protection over my life. I commit every opposition against my life to your mighty hands, and i will obey you rather than human beings in Jesus name!
