GUARD YOUR HEART

May 12, 2016

Proverbs 4:23; "Guard your heart above all else, for it determines the course of your life."

Bible encourages us in the above scripture to guard our hearts. Our heart is the where information is processed through our minds. Whatever you allow into your mind will affect your thinking and can influence your actions.

The heart to the spirit is compared to the central nervous system to the body and out of it flows the issues of life. If you are ruled by fear, check out the level of information about the fear that comes into your mind. If you have faith, it's the impact of the word of God in your heart. The mind only process what it receives.

You can decide to allow or reject wrong information into your mind and when your mind is filled with possibilities, you can be sure to live a glorious life in Christ Jesus.

Bible says in Philippians 4:6-7; "Don't worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God's peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.

PRAYER
Heavenly Father, I thank you for your word. I pray that your word will guard my heart. I refuse every negative word concerning my life and I dwell in the promises of God in Jesus mighty name! Amen!
