Romans 4:21-24; "Being fully persuaded that God had the power to do what he had promised. This is why “it was credited to him as righteousness. The words “it was credited to him” were written not for him alone, but also for us, to whom God will credit righteousness, for us who believe in him who raised Jesus our Lord from the dead."
Studying the above scripture, we understand that Abraham was fully convinced about the promise of God. He has an influence in his mind to believe the promise of God, "being fully persuaded" that God had the power to do what he had promised.
This is the attitude we need as children of Abraham, being fully persuaded that God has the power to heal you no matter what the doctors report says, being fully persuaded that you will have a breakthrough in that bad situation, in your job, in your marriage, in your finances, you name it!
It is a persuasion that comes by submitting to the Holy Spirit's influence, believing beyond any reasonable doubt.
God is pleased with such attitude and he calls such people "righteous". He credited righteousness to Abraham through this principle and promised to credit same to us who have the same attitude as Abraham.
Hebrews 11:6 says; "And without faith it is impossible to please God because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him."
Heavenly Father, I thank you for your Holy Spirit. I am fully persuaded that your promise in my life will come to pass. I decree and declare that I am healed, I am delivered, the life of God is at work in me, no weapon formed against me shall prosper, in Jesus mighty name! Amen!
