Titus 1:15 says; "Everything is pure to those whose hearts are pure. But nothing is pure to those who are corrupt and unbelieving because their minds and consciences are corrupted."(NLT)
Some people find it so hard to believe the things of God. Most times they doubt the miracles they experience from believers and men of God. They literally condemn the miracles as though God is not anymore in the business of doing miracles. Jesus said in Mark 16:17-18; "These miraculous signs will accompany those who believe: They will cast out demons in my name, and they will speak in new languages. They will be able to handle snakes with safety, and if they drink anything poisonous, it won’t hurt them. They will be able to place their hands on the sick, and they will be healed.”(NLT)
They will always attach God's miracle to uncleanness or impurity. Bible says that their consciences are corrupted, they see nothing good in purity because they are impure.
This attitude was in existence in the time of Jesus, when a demon-possessed man, who was blind and unable to speak was brought to Him, he healed the man, who regained his sight and spoke, "But when the Pharisees heard about the miracle, they said, “No wonder he can cast out demons. He gets his power from Satan, the prince of demons.”(Matt 12:24)
The Pharisees claimed they knew God in those days but little did they understand that God works in mysterious ways. They said that Jesus had an "impure" Spirit. They spoke of the healing power of Jesus as impure.(Mark 3:30) Until today God still works in mysterious ways. We should be careful not to speak against the Holy Spirit. All sins can be forgiven but the sin against the Holy Spirit is unpardonable.
Matt 12:37 says; "For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words, thou shalt be condemned."(KJV)
Heaven Father, I thank you for your Holy Spirit, I believe your wondrous works and I walk in your miracle. I walk in power, I cast out demons in the name of Jesus, I lay hands on the sick and they recover, I am filled with the Holy Spirit, I can do all this through Christ who strengthens me! Amen!
