Psalm 1:1-3; "Blessed is the one who does not walk in step with the wicked or stand in the way that sinners take or sit in the company of mockers, but whose delight is in the law of the Lord, and who meditates on his law day and night. That person is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither— whatever they do prospers."

Studying the above scripture, we understand that the blessing of God is for the righteous. Those who delight in the law of the Lord and meditate therein, they shall prosper in all they do. But for the wicked, it is not so! The bible says "They are like chaff that the wind blows away."

Today, we see the prosperity of the wicked and how they boast about it, they may not have troubles like you, they may not be in debt, they may not be plagued with sickness, they have everything their heart wishes for, sometimes they even boast against the heavens.

Sometimes you wonder, did I keep my heart pure for nothing? Did I keep myself innocent for no reason? I get nothing but trouble all day long; every morning brings me pain. I have been faithful to God all these years! Why is my life not bearing fruits?

The truth is, the wicked have a destiny; the Lord has put them on a slippery path and sent them sliding over the cliff to destruction. In an instant they are destroyed, completely swept away by terrors.

But for us, who are in Christ Jesus, we have a glorious destiny, glory to God! It doesn't matter what you are going through, prosperity is yours, hallelujah!

Psalm 37:1-3 says; "Don’t worry about the wicked or envy those who do wrong. For like grass, they soon fade away. Like spring flowers, they soon wither. Trust in the LORD and do good. Then you will live safely in the land and prosper."

Dear Father, I thank you for your word. I refuse to envy the wicked and all they acquire through it, I have a glorious destiny, I am a success in all I do, it doesn't matter what you see in me now, I know who I am, Prosperity is mine in Jesus name! Amen!
